BID Boundary:
The proposed boundary for an Business Improvement District is now ready to be taken to consultation phase. All eligible businesses within the boundary area will now be contacted to understand their views and priorities for a potential BID. These views will then shape the business plan.
Alongside the proposed boundary
possible parameters would generate £970k levy income::
Levy = 1.5%
Threshold = £30k RV (levy won't apply to properties below £30K RV)
Levy cap = £25k max per property (no single location will pay more than £25k per property) Consultation meetings with:

What's Next: Secure funding from Scottish Towns Partnership and Edinburgh Council for next phase of work
Survey prepared for businesses within proposed area
